Research Interests
I am interested in the neural basis of hearing and auditory perception, as well as in the origins of extracellular field potentials.
Currently I model and analyze data from the barn owl auditory brain stem circuit for detecting interaural time differences, located in the nucleus laminaris, to solve the origin of the "neurophonic" extracellular signal.
