Sequence submission
Due to the enormous
popularity of RNA interference in research and experimental therapy, the
availability of new siRNA sequences is growing exponentially. We therefore
strongly encourage the submission of siRNA sequence data sets by users,
provided that the sequences have been accepted for publication in a
peer-reviewed journal. For this purpose, the following information
should be sent by an e-mail:
1.) a list* of siRNA sequences (sense strand, 5´-3´direction)
GGCCTACCACCCTGGCTGCdTdT(73%)**
GAACCUGAGGAGCCUACCCdTdT(96%)
ACGUCUCGCCAACCAGAUCdTdT
*if subsequent technical information apply
for all sequences
**pleasae give information about the siRNA activity (% silencing) if
available
2.) siRNA
source:
chemically synthesized:
Dharmacon
ezymatically synthesized:
Silencer siRNA construction kit
plasmid based (promoter,
name of the plasmid) polIII, pSuper
3.) Cell line used: Example: HeLa
4.) Transfection reagent used:
Oligoifectamine
5.) Reference
To add the reference, please open the PubMed entry and
copy the 8-digit uids (PMID) number.
