The number of siRNAs listed in the HuSiDa is rapidly growing and thereby the probability to retrieve appropriate sequences from the database. If published siRNA sequences targeting your gene of interest are not available, we recommend to use one of the listed siRNA prediction tools. Because underlying algorithms are continously improved, we are unable to give application recommendations.
