Hi. I am a M. Sc. student in the group of Prof. Herzel.
My research focuses on entrainment properties of the circadian clock in N. Crassa.
Projects
In our research group at ITB, I am investigating and extending a model that describes the circadian clock of N. crassa. The aim of this project is to find potential molecular components that might be involved in the synchronization of the core clock of Neurospora to external temperature cycles. Attached below is the most recent progress on the project.

At the University of California, San Diego, I analyzed time series data of calcium-oscillations in A. thaliana as part of my M. Sc. studies. Attached is a research presentation that summarizes the results.
During my B. Sc. studies, I analyzed times series data of fluorescent sucrose transporters after a short photobleaching event. This allows to determine the mobility (diffusion coefficients) of these transporters. Below is a summary of the project as a poster.
